I bought a ticket from a third-party reseller (Craigslist, Stub Hub, ebay, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, etc.). How do I know if it's valid?
Hoyt Sherman Place is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e. the Hoyt Sherman Place Box Office or Ticketmaster.com). For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, Hoyt Sherman Place is not responsible for any fraudulent activity and will not honor invalid tickets.
Gift cards and gift certificates are not issued directly through the venue’s Box Office. Hoyt Sherman Place is a Ticketmaster venue, and their website does offer gift cards. Those can then be used on their website when buying tickets to any Hoyt Sherman Place events. Gift cards are available at ticketmaster.com/giftcards.
If I am an off-duty police officer and/or have a concealed carry license, can I bring my firearm with me to a show?
