Cleaning Specialist
Status: Part-Time, Hourly
Schedule: Flexible, Nights & Weekends Required
Reports to: Director of Operations & Maintenance

Our venue offers an intimate theater experience with extraordinary acoustics, a beautiful historic mansion, and a majestic art gallery.
About the Role: The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for assisting the Operations team in cleaning the Hoyt Sherman Place facility at the conclusion of theater and/or facility events.
Responsibilities:
-Clean all areas of the facility by sanitizing, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
-Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies.
-Empty all trash, replacing liner and wiping down receptacles when necessary.
-Follow all company safety and security procedures.
-Perform other duties, functions and special projects as assigned by the Director of Operations & Maintenance.
Requirements:
-Must be able to work independently.
-Must be able to work nights and weekends, as needed. Schedule will vary based on events and needs of the facility.
-Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred, but not required.
Physical Demands:
-Must be able stand for an extended period of time.
-Must be able to use repetitive motion.
-Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
