Iowa and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages. The number of alcoholic beverages served is limited to two drinks per person, per transaction.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests. Concession sales are discontinued approximately thirty (30) minutes before the end of the event, but could be closed sooner, at the discretion of management. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly and to not drive after drinking.

Hoyt Sherman Place is an all-ages venue. Some events establish an age requirement to attend which will be enforced. Please consult specific event details listed on the events page.
