The safety and security of our patrons and employees is our highest priority. We are following the lead of our city, state and federal elected officials as we implement strategies recommended by public health authorities and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in our theater, art galleries and offices as all productions continue to play as scheduled.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all public and backstage areas and will be adding alcohol-based sanitizer dispensers for public use in the lobby.
The decision to reschedule or cancel events requires input from the Artists and their Agents so we are reaching out to all the Promoters and Managers for performance occurring in the next thirty days for direction.
If the Artists Management team wishes to continue with the performance it is up to patrons to determine whether attending the event is sensible based on their specific circumstances. We have an equal number of patrons hoping that we do not unilaterally cancel all performances as those who wish that the performances be postponed or canceled.
We remain vigilant, and are prepared to make decisions based on current recommendations, as well as in response to changing conditions. We will provide updates on our website and social media pages, as well as issuing local press releases to all media outlets.
Please take preventative actions as recommended by the CDC, WHO, and Iowa Department of Health.
