Summary: The Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the administration, planning, budgeting and direction for operations of Hoyt Sherman Place, including maintenance, engineering, custodial services, security and safety, and equipment inventory control. Must be capable of performing related responsibilities as required and working irregular hours for an extended period of time as dictated by the schedule of activities. This position supervises custodial, maintenance and operations contract employees and/or non-benefited temporary employees.
